It's automated! You don't need to calculate the charges for each customer. When a customer places an order, Furzo automatically calculates the correct shipping amount and adds it to the total. All you have to do is change the order status to "Delivery" and print your packing slip.
The calculation is based on the price/size/weight of the product (packaged).
Yes, a watermark is automatically added to all your product images. This prevents another artist or malicious marketplace from stealing your visual to impersonate you or resell your work without authorization.
Please note: if you do this, you will lose Stripe payment protection, commission management, automatic shipping charges, automatic invoicing, the Furzo dispute system and all other benefits.
Absolutely. Thanks to the commission system, you can add mandatory fields to your product sheets (text, image file upload, choice of colors). The price can even be automatically adjusted according to the options the customer ticks.
Then, at payment, the buyer makes a bank imprint and you have 7 days to accept/refuse or modify the price. If you refuse, no money is lost.
Payments are made via Stripe Connect. When an order is placed, the money is secured. Once the order is marked complete/sent, the funds are released to your Stripe balance, which you can transfer to your bank account.

Yes, for bases, wallpapers or pre-made YCHs, you can upload the file directly on the product page. The customer will automatically receive a secure download link immediately after payment, with no need for you to intervene.
You are the first contact. The customer can send you a message via the order form. However, if a disagreement persists, Furzo will act as mediator to settle the dispute and protect both parties.
To create a product, you need a subscription. Then, to sell directly on Furzo, you need to link your Stripe account. If you don't, you'll only be able to create redirect products.

Yes, you have two options: the public 'Questions/Answers' space on each product sheet for general information, or the private messaging system once the order has been placed to send your references or discuss details.
You must try to reach an agreement with the veuder, but if no solution is found, Furzo can act as a trusted third party. You can open a dispute directly from your order space. As the money is blocked by Stripe until validation, we can easily intervene to reimburse you if the product is not delivered or does not conform.
Never. Furzo is RGPD compliant. Your data is encrypted and used only for order processing. You can request the complete deletion of your personal data at any time via your space or support.
Absolutely! You can fill your shopping cart with items from different vendors. At checkout, you make just one secure transaction. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically for each artist, and you'll receive a separate package from each designer.
However, for commissions, you must place one order per commission. This is a security feature put in place to secure bank transactions.
For a made-to-measure commission: as long as the artist has not validated and begun work, you can request cancellation, and reimbursement is facilitated. For a physical product: you have the legal withdrawal period (except for personalized products), which you can check directly with the seller's terms and conditions.
For file purchases (bases, 2D art), the download link appears in your "My Account > Downloads" area and is e-mailed to you immediately after payment. You never lose your files.
