What is the actual difference between the Free and Premium plans?The features are exactly the same! The only difference is the commission and the volume. The free plan takes 5% of your sales (limited to 15 products). The Premium plan eliminates this commission (0%) and increases your capacity to 50 products. It’s a simple cost-benefit analysis for you.
How are shipping costs handled?It's automated! You don't need to calculate shipping costs for each customer. When a customer places an order, Furzo automatically calculates the correct shipping amount and adds it to the total. All you have to do is change the order status to "Shipping" and print your shipping label.The calculation is based on the product's price, size, and weight (including packaging).
Are my images protected against theft?Yes. A watermark is automatically added to all your product images. This prevents other artists or malicious marketplaces from stealing your artwork to impersonate you or resell your work without permission.
Do I need to draft my own Terms and Conditions?No need to start from scratch. Furzo provides pre-filled terms and conditions templates tailored to the sale of art (digital or physical) to ensure you’re legally protected from the moment you go live.
How does the redirect to my personal website work?This is an exclusive feature of Furzo. If you don’t want to sell directly on the platform, you can replace the “Add to Cart” button with a link to your own site (Ko-fi, personal website, etc.). Please note: by doing this, you will lose access to Stripe payment protection, commission management, automatic shipping rates, automatic invoicing, the Furzo dispute resolution system, and all other benefits.

Can I sell custom commissions (YCH, reference sheets)?Absolutely. Thanks to the commission system, you can add required fields to your product listings (text, image uploads, color selection). The price can even adjust automatically based on the options the customer selects. Then, during checkout, the buyer provides their credit card information, and you have 7 days to accept, decline, or adjust the price. If you decline, no money is lost. Please note: by doing this, you lose Stripe payment protection, commission management, automatic shipping costs, automatic invoicing, the dispute resolution system Furzo, and all other benefits.
When and how will I be paid?Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. When an order is placed, the funds are secured. Once the order is marked as completed/shipped, the funds are released to your Stripe balance, which you can transfer to your bank account. Then, at checkout, the buyer provides a credit card authorization, and you have 7 days to accept, decline, or adjust the price. If you decline, no money is lost. Please note: by doing so, you lose Stripe’s payment protection, commission management, automatic shipping rates, automatic invoicing, the dispute resolution system Furzo, and all other benefits.
Do I have to handle the invoices myself?No! Furzo automatically generates professional PDF invoices for each sale and sends them to the customer. This saves your small business a huge amount of administrative time. Please note: by doing this, you will lose Stripe’s payment protection, commission management, automatic shipping costs, automatic invoicing, the Furzo dispute system, and all other benefits.
Can I sell digital products as instant downloads?Yes. For templates, wallpapers, or pre-made YCHs, you can upload the file directly to the product page. The customer will automatically receive a secure download link immediately after payment, without any action required on your part.
Who manages the After-Sales Service (ASS)?You are the first point of contact. The customer can send you a message through the order. However, if a dispute remains unresolved, Furzo will step in as a mediator to resolve the issue and protect both parties.
How does product creation work?To create a product, you must have a subscription. Next, to sell directly on Furzo, you must link your Stripe account. If you don’t do this, you’ll only be able to create redirect products.Creating a product is super simple and follows a step-by-step process.
Buyer FAQ
Is the payment really secure?Yes. For "Commission" orders, your funds are reserved (held), but you are only charged once the order is confirmed by the seller. For direct purchases, payment is processed through Stripe and is 100% secure. In all cases, your funds are secured by Stripe until the order is confirmed.
How do I get my $5 referral bonus?If you sign up using an artist’s or friend’s code, you’ll receive a unique €5 promo code via email. You can use it on your next order at Furzo. Furzo pays the €5 to the artist, so the seller still receives the full amount! The calculation is based on the product’s price, size, and weight (including packaging).
Can I talk to the artist before buying?Yes. You have two options: the public "Questions & Answers" section on each product page for general information, or the private messaging feature once your order has been placed to send your order details or discuss specifics.
What should I do if I have a problem with my order (Dispute)?You should try to work things out with the seller, but if no solution is found, Furzo can act as a trusted third party. You can open a dispute directly from your order dashboard. Since the funds are held by Stripe until the transaction is approved, we can easily issue a refund if the product is not delivered or does not meet your expectations.
Is my personal data being sold?Never. Furzo complies with the GDPR. Your data is encrypted and used solely for order processing. You can request the complete deletion of your personal data at any time through your account or by contacting customer support.
Puis-je commander chez plusieurs artistes en même temps ?Absolutely! You can fill your cart with items from different sellers. At checkout, you’ll make a single secure transaction. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically for each artist, and you’ll receive a separate package from each creator.However, for commissions, you must place one order per commission. This is a security measure put in place to protect banking transactions.
Ma commande est-elle annulable ?For a custom commission: as long as the artist has not approved and started the work, you can request a cancellation, and a refund will be easily processed. For a physical product: you are entitled to the statutory cooling-off period (except for personalized products); please refer directly to the seller’s Terms and Conditions.
How do I download my digital files?For file purchases (databases, 2D art), the download link appears in your "My Account > Downloads" section and is sent to you by email immediately after payment. You'll never lose your files.
