Ce guide vous explique comment faire via votre tableau de bord vendeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Note: This guide concerns orders placed directly on Furzo. If you use external redirection for a product, the order will be managed on the external platform).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Access Your Order List<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to your Furzo vendor dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cherchez l&rsquo;option <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Commandes\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> in the main navigation menu of your sales area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clicking on it takes you to a page listing your orders, generally from the most recent to the oldest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cette liste affiche des informations cl\u00e9s en un coup d&rsquo;\u0153il : Num\u00e9ro de commande (#), Date, Statut, Nom du client, Total de la commande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Options for <strong>filtering<\/strong> (by status, by date) or <strong>research<\/strong> (by order number, customer name) are available to help you find specific orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Understanding current order statuses<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The status shows you where the order is in the process. Here are the most common ones you will encounter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><code>In progress<\/code> :<\/strong> <strong>ACTION REQUIRED.<\/strong> C&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le statut d&rsquo;une nouvelle commande pay\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s. Cela signifie que le paiement est re\u00e7u, le stock (si g\u00e9r\u00e9) est d\u00e9duit, et vous devez pr\u00e9parer et exp\u00e9dier la commande (ou finaliser et livrer le produit num\u00e9rique\/service).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><code>Completed<\/code> :<\/strong> You (the seller) usually set this status once the order has been fully processed AND shipped (or the digital service\/file delivered). This tells the customer and the system that your part of the job is done. A notification is sent to the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><code>Pending<\/code> :<\/strong> La commande est mise en pause. Ne traitez pas la commande avant qu&rsquo;elle ne passe \u00ab\u00a0En cours\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><code>Cancelled<\/code> :<\/strong> The order has been cancelled (by you, an admin). Stock (if managed) is restored.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><code>Refunded<\/code> :<\/strong> The order has been refunded (totally or partially).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><code>Stranded<\/code> :<\/strong> Le paiement n&rsquo;a pas abouti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. V\u00e9rifiez bien ces d\u00e9tails !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financial summary :<\/strong> Subtotal, shipping costs, any taxes, total amount paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9thode d&rsquo;Exp\u00e9dition Choisie<\/strong> by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Current status<\/strong> of the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ordering Notes<\/strong> (see point 6).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. (Facultatif) Ajouter des Informations de Suivi d&rsquo;Exp\u00e9dition<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the functionality is integrated into Furzo, you can see a section in the order details to add :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit <strong>Carrier<\/strong> (ex: La Poste, Mondial Relay, Colissimo&#8230;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visit <strong>Tracking number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remplir ces informations est tr\u00e8s utile pour le client et peut \u00e9galement vous \u00eatre demand\u00e9 en cas de litige.
