This guide explains how to customize and configure your store's essential information on the Furzo marketplace, once your seller account has been created or activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to Shop Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your Furzo account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to your seller dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Go to the store settings section, usually via a link like this one: https:\/\/furzo-marketplace.com\/dashboard\/settings\/store\/<\/a> (or via the \u00abSettings\u00bb > \u00abShop\u00bb menu).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Customize Your Shop's Appearance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    These visual elements are crucial to your store's identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Store banner :<\/strong>\n

      • At the very top of the settings page, you'll find the option to add or modify your banner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Click on the corresponding button (\u00abAdd a banner\u00bb or similar) and upload an image representative of your brand or creations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Importance:<\/strong> This banner will be displayed large on your store page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Profile picture \/ Shop icon :<\/strong>\n

        • Just below the banner, you can add or modify your store icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click to download your image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Importance:<\/strong> This icon will appear next to your store name in the store list and on your page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Store General Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Check and complete the basic information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Store name :<\/strong> Check that the name displayed is correct (normally defined during registration).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Store categories :<\/strong>\n

            • Select the category or categories that best describe the products or services you offer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Note:<\/strong> You can choose several categories<\/strong> to improve your store's visibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Address & Phone :<\/strong> Check that the address and telephone number associated with your store are correct. This information may be used for billing or contact purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Legal and functional options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              1. General Terms and Conditions (GTC) :<\/strong>\n

                • Look for an option like \u00abEnable terms and conditions\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • If you activate this option, a text field will appear allowing you to draw up your own terms and conditions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Very important:<\/strong> Your personalized terms and conditions will be visible in your store. They must imperatively comply with French legislation<\/strong> in force.                       Save Modifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                      • Don't forget to click on the \u00abUpdate settings\u00bb<\/strong> or \u00abSave changes\u00bb<\/strong> at the bottom of the page to take all your changes into account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
